Reservations, suppliers and after-sales service are handled for you, so you can concentrate on the traveller in front of you.

- People who are comfortable following a proven presentation rather than improvising one.
- People who can hold a professional conversation with a doctor, an advocate or a family planning a holiday, and adjust to each.
