Every enquiry is looked after by Holiday Brokers, the group's trading company, where a consultant meets with each traveller to find the holiday, membership or holiday ownership that suits them.

The group traces back to a South African travel business started in 2002. The Dream Merchant Group (Pty) Ltd was incorporated on 22 July 2014, in Pretoria, to consolidate the travel businesses built from that point onward.
