		Group Operations MD Cybil Naidoo is an adventure madman who has over 25 years of business development experience and is a turnaround specialist in the travel industry with more than 20 years under his belt. Today we are the largest intermediaries of HolidayCorp Products to Doctors and Advocates in Southern Africa. A dedicated father of four girls he has used his commitment to our business in the same way towards his family. Starting at just 19 years of age in a foreign capital Pretoria, albeit in the last year of apartheid did not dent his spirit. He used the hardship to sharpen his skills and is very thankful to the different cultures Pretoria has afforded him. His motto in life is "Have FUN, the money will COME"
		Group Sales Director Irma Marx is known as the Pitbull in the travel industry. She not only has the BARK, she has the BITE. With over 14 years of experience as a sales executive, she is now an owner/agent for the last 5 years. She has been the number sales agent for new business, 7 years out of 7 years. She has co-founded one of the most successful travel companies Dr. Travel and Adv. Travel. Today we are the largest intermediaries of HolidayCorp products to Doctors and Advocates in Southern Africa. After starting Adv. Travel where she serviced most of the advocates in the Gauteng region. She fell in love with the profession and decided to pursue her dream to become an advocate. Today she not only contributes to sales but brings her legal badges to assist our group in all legal matters and compliance’s. Moved to Pretoria when she was just 18 years old. She decided to take a chance when she was working as a receptionist to force herself into the sales team at the company she worked at. Her boss refused to give her a position as she was so good at her reception job. Eventually he backed down and the rest is history.

Growth in partner airlines, hotels and cruise brands Accommodation (Hotels, Resorts, Chalets, Holiday Homes and Sea Cruises) is the key differentiator in the customer holiday experience and the key driver of satisfaction and retention rates. Growth will be focused on our core, unique brands.
Our brands have been selected due to their strong resonance with their respective consumer market segments and ability to be further scaled. In the hotel segment our focus will be on our brands and enhancing customer experience through rewards and incentives.

Growth in airline brands We have had a phenomenal 2 years with our 550 airlines interested in our brands and offerings. We have concluded over 60% of deals for our channels with these partner airlines and continue negotiating. The more value we offer our brands the better they cross sell on our platforms offering amazing deals to our clients and their clients.

Customer Relationship Another important part of our successful business relationship is collaboration, (think Steve Jobs/Steve Wozniak/Ronald Wayne, at Apple; or Larry Page and Sergey Brin, at Google; even Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers; Laurel and Hardy).

With a strong balance sheets we will possess most of the following attributes: intelligent working capital, positive cash flow, a balanced capital structure, and income generating assets.

Intelligent Working Capital A strong balance sheet will utilise an optimal level of working capital (current assets less current liabilities) to fund the business' core operations, with the end goal of driving revenue and subsequently profit. We understand the importance that a business understands what that optimal level is. The trick here is to strike a balance between liquidity and profitability which are often conflicting strategies.

Having too much funds tied up in stock will strangle our cash flow and reduce our ability to meet financial obligations as they fall due. Having too much cash sitting in the bank could be coming at a massive opportunity cost to the business and be better utilised investing in higher income-generating assets, paying off debt or distributing to shareholders / beneficiaries.

Positive Cash Flow Cash, also referred to as ‘business oxygen’, is the most evidential sign of a strong balance sheet. Our business cannot breathe without cash flow. Our business need cash to achieve their short-term goals – to pay employees, trade payables and a host of other expenses. It's therefore vitally important to us to manage cash flow through forecasting, budgeting, and the use of variance analysis.

A sign that a business is doing well is one that regularly maintains a minimum cash reserve for rainy days/protection. A mix of historical analysis and future focus will assist our business in managing our cash flow and achieving its short term goals. Overall, a strong balance sheet will make us be more agile and give us options to shape a more profitable future.

Shareholder Value Shareholder value is the value delivered to our shareholders because of our management's ability to grow sales, earnings, and free cash flow over time. Our shareholder value depends on strategic decisions made by our senior management, including the ability to make wise investments and generate a healthy return on invested capital. If this value is created over the long term, the share price increases and the company can pay larger cash dividends to our shareholders.

Generating sufficient cash inflows to operate our business is also an important indicator of our shareholder value, because our company can operate the business and increase sales without the need to borrow money or issue more stock. We can increase cash flow by quickly converting cash collections.
